  • If you could create the perfect wig, what features would it have or not have?
For me, I want to know where my hair came from, what kind it is, and know that when I wash it, it will not mat into a clump. I am not saying the brands all do that but I would way prefer dealing with this brand, with its beautiful cap, and extremely high quality.
  • If you could create the perfect wig, what features would it have or not have?
I am not dealing with them directly. I am dealing with Shannon. These wigs are gone as soon as they are shown, so mine will not be hanging around long. Shannon has a Facebook page where you can see all the wigs as they become available and sell.
  • If you could create the perfect wig, what features would it have or not have?
Yes. It as absolutely beautiful in terms of quality but the roots were way too dark for me so I returned it. I will be getting one with shadowed roots instead but that may be a way off. The cap is like angel wings wrapped around your head.

HH does require a lot of maintenance. It behaves exactly like it is, human hair. That means it might need re-styling between shampoos. It is by no means as easy to "plunk on and get on with it" as synthetic. People like it because it feels more real to them and moves more naturally. iWigs are also available in wavy virgin European hair and one other (Brazilian or Mongolian, I don't recall which).
  • I’ve found freedom!
Not sure how I missed commenting here but I am just so disgusted with people like your boss. I have a friend who makes me feel so uncomfortable. She publicly outed me at a get-together at her place, then told me three days ago that I should stop "fiddling" with my hair as it makes me look nervous. (I push it back a lot as it falls forward and won't stay put.) Then she reached across the table and grabbed a hair that was hanging in my face because she "Couldn't stand it." In front of the whole restaurant, she held this hair up for inspection. :rage: I am thrilled for you totally owning it. If I lived in a less gossipy area and back in my Vancouver, where people wear wigs and extensions and no one gives a toot, I might be the same. I think you have a wonderful attitude and wish you many years of having FUN with your new hair. :flower:
  • Name this wig and color
That is weird. The Love Love Love looked very short on me. A nape measurement should be fairly standard.
  • Name this wig and color
Me too, lengthwise, anyhow. I can't believe Sarah is only 12.5" at the nape. That would be really short on me.

Ha! I just wrote the same thing in the second thread :) She is very petite.
  • Name this wig and color
I didn't realize United was so long. The blonde one always appeared shorter to me but then Roxie has a very small head and is petite. Good ID there!
  • If you could create the perfect wig, what features would it have or not have?
:) I had forgotten the hand-tied part and the softer colour around the face—both really important.
  • Name this wig and color
When I wore toppers, I coloured my biohair to match the topper. Any good colourist can do this.
  • If you could create the perfect wig, what features would it have or not have?
So my perfect wig would be a blend of ash and platinum blonde with a hint of 613 so that it isn't too stark, slightly longer than Sugar Rush, layered at the front, NOT HD, preferably HH, mono plus lace front, with very subtle shading at the roots, and the Solace cap. It would also come with the latest model Jaguar.

I don't know what wig this is. Maybe someone else will...
  • Hand tied
I am afraid I don't know, although it is hand-tied so probably not..

So happy your hair is all you imagined it would be, Tammy! You look fabulous!

Mine are all longer and I think that HD in the longer length is the problem. Long wigs tangle and HD fibre just mats when it rubs against something, even the same fibre, The less fakey shiny look is great though.

    She sounds quite wonderful...

That is a GREAT story. I love it when people go the extra mile.

It isn't the wig companies, A7X, it is Canada Customs, when they attach their Assessment of charges form. The wig companies are very discreet with their wording as I mentioned above. Canada Customs isn't.

100% the same. If someone compliments me they are "feeling sorry for me." I am not on a Facebook personal page any more because I can't stand it when you post a profile pic and get "Sexy woman!" "Beautiful lady!" "You are gorgeous!" and all that rubbish. I swear I could post a pic of the back of my head and I'd read the same. Also, I never comment if I think someone looks not so gorgeous and fabulous and all that as I don't want to add to all the fakery that goes on. I know someone whose face is so filled with plumpers—her lips are simply massive—that it is frightening how she has destroyed herself (think Jocelyn Wildenstein, the catwoman) and every time she posts a pic, I read, "So lovely and natural!" "A real girl-next-door!" "You should be a model!" etc. I just don't get this type of thing. It makes me mistrust people.

    Of admiration, I'm sure!

Our exchange is very close. The 30% brings it to the same price, roughly.

You don't get taxed? I rarely do, but if I do, it's usually taxed and opened/inspected.

Yikes. I just removed that. I thought we were pm'ing and I made a remark about my situation lol!
